Workout Advent Calendar - Day 8

Body weight workout, no weights needed! Today's workout is full body, body weight only.


Warm up:

-Treadmill

10 minutes at RPE 5

-Static rower

State Intensity Time

Easy 10% 5 seconds

Hard 90% 25 seconds

Repeat each round 6 times totaling 12 rounds

Total time of 3 minutes.


Exercise 1:

-Neutral grip pull ups

6 sets of 8 reps

Rest for 1 minute between sets


Exercise 2:

-Plyometric Bulgarian split squats

3 sets of 20 reps (10 per leg)

Rest for 1 minute between sets


Super set

Exercise 3:

-Bodyweight bridges

3 sets of 15 reps

Exercise 4:

-Scorpian press ups

3 sets of 10 reps

Perform both exercises back to back then rest for 1 minute between sets


Tri set

Exercise 5:

-Horizontal barbell pull up

3 sets of 8 reps

Exercise 6:

-Body tricep press

3 sets of 10 reps

Exercise 7:

-Ab wheel roll out

3 sets of 10 reps

Perform all 3 exercises and the rest for 1 minute between sets.


Exercise 8:

-Burpees

4 sets of 10 reps

Rest for 1 minute between sets.


Stairmaster

5 minutes at RPE 5.
