5 min cross trainer at RPE 6
Cable fly- 15 reps
Cable low to high pulley- 15 reps
Cable tricep pull down- 15 reps
Repeat 4x
5 min rowing machine at RPE 6
Cable seated row-12 reps
DB row- single arms-12 reps
BB bicep curl- 12 reps
Repeat 4x
5 min cross trainer at RPE 6
DB lat raise-10 reps
DB front raise- 10 reps
DB rear delts- 10 reps
Repeat 4x
15 minutes on rowing machine
2 minutes steady
30seconds fast as you can
