One off training or nutrition plan
A Healthier You
When you sign up for a one of nutrition plan, i will ask you to provide me with a one week food diary of your usual 'diet' as well as what your goals are whether they be to build muscle, lose fat or just live a more healthy lifestyle, i will also send you a questionnaire requiring all your current stats, from the information provided by your self, i will tailor your unique nutrition plan. Please note this is a one off plan, plans need to be kept up to date and in line with current goal, weight , activity levels and other changes. If it is just a training plan you would like i again will require you to complete a questionnaire and provide your usual training routine if you have one, if you are a beginner who has never trained before this will not be necessary. These can also be purchased as a package. Please allow up to 7 days for your plan to be created as each plan is unique and tailored just too you.
12 Week training or nutrition coaching
Feel Good, Look Good
As with the one off plan the sign up process is the same, but with online coaching you will also get access to ongoing support via e-mail when needed and to the my *PT hub app, if you have selected a training plan, where you can follow your workouts and track your progress, we will have weekly check ins to ensure you are on the right path towards your goals and to get your desired results, we will also make adjustments as and when needed. These can too be purchased as a package Again please allow up to 7 days for your plan to be created for your individual needs.
