Q-What do i receive when i purchase a one off training or nutrition plan?
A-With a one off plan you will receive just that a single personalized nutrition or training plan, which will be sent to you via e-mail, the training plan will be made to match your requested training split.

Q-What will i receive when purchasing an online coaching plan?
A-Online coaching includes access to the my PT app, where you will receive and view your personalized workouts and nutrition plan, as well as a workout schedule set to your requests. From within the app you can log your training and nutrition, you also have the options to swap exercises, sets and reps from within as well as a stop watch feature to time rest periods. During the duration of your plan we will have check ins and make adjustments to nutrition and training plans as and when needed, you can also update progress pictures and measurements from with in the app. Along with this you will receive support via e-mail or through the app.

Q-What are the 4 week plans on your site?
A-These 4 week plans are pre made workout plans lasting a duration of 4 weeks, you access these through the app, where you will view your workouts and workout schedule which are all pre-set, these do not come with nutrition plans or ongoing support, no changes can be made to these when requested this is only available with an online coaching plan. You can however still log your nutrition through the app. These plans come in 4 week stages and run from weeks 1-12.

Q-I am happy with my workouts but just want some help with nutrition?
A-No problem, i have options to suit all just purchase a nutrition only package.

Q-I want to make changes to my diet but im unsure if im ready to stick to a nutrition plan?
A-We can move as fast or slow as you like with nutrition, we can start by making small weekly changes to clean up your current diet and move forward from there or we can go straight into a more structured approach, which ever suits you best and is easier for you to stick too. All nutrition plans show your total calories and macros for the day so if you wanted to swap a meal for something of equivalent nutritional value you can do. I believe in a healthy life balance, which includes still consuming foods you enjoy. Your nutrition plan will also be split in to the amount of meals per day you are happy to eat and best suits your lifestyle.

Q-I am a beginner will i be able to follow your online coaching?
A-Absolutely! Within the app all exercises come with video tutorials explaining how to perform the exercise,you can also ask a member of staff from your own gym to check you are performing an exercise correctly or show you how to use a piece of equipment.

Q-I would like to use online coaching but i don't want to use the app, is this possible?
A-Yes of course! i will email all nutrition and workouts to you directly and you can send progress pictures to me via e-mail. But unfortunately you would miss out on the other benefits within the app.

Q-I struggle to get into the gym, do you offer home workout plans?
A-Not a problem, i can provide you with workouts to complete at home, all though i would suggest that you invest in some resistance bands, these are only cheap and come in a variety of resistances, to suit different strengths.

Q-Do you work with pregnant women?
A-I do not currently hold my Pre and Postnatal coaching certification but will be shortly enrolling to complete, as i believe this is very important when working with female clients as many at some point will have children, i will be posting up an information page with a few guidelines to help any females in the mean time from the basic knowledge i already have on this (so be sure to keep an eye out for this) and as soon as i have this qualification i will make it clear on my site.
