This is the last workout in the workout advent calendar! Hope you've all enjoyed it and are ready for Christmas tomorrow...Finally woo

Treadmill -Walking
5 Minutes at 6 RPE
Super Set;
Exercise 1:
-Sled Push
3 sets for 1 minute
Exercise 2:
-Backward drag
3 sets for 30 seconds
Perform all sets back to back then rest for one minute
Exercise 3:
-Battle ropes alternating waves
4 sets for 30 seconds
Rest for one minute between sets
Super set;
Exercise 4:
-Burpees
3 sets of 15 reps
Exercise 5:
-Sledgehammer swings
3 sets of 20 reps
Perform each exercise back to back then rest for 90 seconds between sets
Super set;
Exercise 6
-Hanging leg raises
3 sets for one minute each
Exercise 7
-Push up to side plank
3 sets of 12 reps
Perform each exercise back to back then rest for 90 seconds
Exercise 8
-Sissy squats
5 sets of 15 reps
Rest for one minute between sets.
