Woohoo its Friday, finally, Happy weekend!

Today is an all things abs workout :p
Warm up:
-Elliptical trainer
6 Minutes at RPE 6
Superset
Exercise 1:
-Barbell rollout
3 sets of 15 reps
Exercise 2:
-Mountain Climbers
3 sets or 40 reps
Rest for 1 minute 30 seconds between sets
Exercise 3:
-V Sit twist with weight plate
4 sets of 30 reps
Rest for 1 minute between sets
Superset
Exercise 4:
-Cable crunch
4 sets of 20 reps
Exercise 5:
-Hanging leg raise
4 sets of 10 reps
Rest for 1 minute 30 seconds between sets
Exercise 6:
-Jackknife sit up
3 Sets of 15 reps
Rest for 1 minute between sets
Finish up on treadmill:
- jogging 6 minutes at RPE 6
