Workout Advent Calendar - Day 5

Morning every one!


Hope you all slept well ready to attack the day! Who else hates getting up when its dark? Loving the cosy nights in, but mornings not so much.


Hope you're all ready to tackle today's workout, don't forget to get that post workout nutrition in afterwards!

Today's workout is made up of two giant sets, using a range of equipment!


But First let's warm up:

-Treadmill

6 Minutes at RPE 6


Giant Set 1:

-Wide grip pull ups

10 Reps

-Barbell bent over row

20 Reps

-Rower

1 minute at RPE 9

-Barbell clean and press

20 Reps

Perform all 4 exercises then rest for 2 minutes and 30 seconds and repeat another 3 times, a total of 4 sets.


Giant Set 2:

-Kettlebell swing

1 Minute

-Alternating kettlebell hang clean

1 Minute

-Treadmill (running)

1 Minute at RPE 8

-Burpees

20 Reps

Perform all 4 exercises then rest for 2 minutes and 30 seconds and repeat another 3 times, a total of 4 sets.


Finish off on the:

-Recumbent bike

6 minutes at RPE 6
