Workout Advent calendar- Day 4


Hope every one is enjoying these workouts so far and ready to kick ass with day number 4!

Todays workout is made up of three tri sets!


Warm up:

Skipping for 5 minutes


Tri set no 1:

-Squat Jumps

4 sets for 45 seconds each

-Scissor Lunges

4 sets for 45 seconds each

-Barbell roll outs

4 sets of 15 reps

Perform each exercise back to back, rest for one minute after you have performed your tri set (all 3 exercises) Perform the tri set for a total of 4 sets.


Tri Set no 2:

-Rackpulls

1 set of 15 reps

3 sets of 8 reps

-Seated row machine

1 set of 15 reps

3 sets of 8 reps

-V Sit twists

4 sets of 30 seconds

Perform each exercise back to back, rest for one minute after you have performed your tri set (all 3 exercises) Perform the tri set for a total of 4 sets.


Tri Set No 3:

-Flat dumbbell chest press

1 set of 12 reps

3 sets of 8 reps

-Plyometric press up

4 sets of 45 seconds

- Hanging leg raises

4 sets of 8 reps

Perform each exercise back to back, rest for one minute after you have performed your tri set (all 3 exercises) Perform the tri set for a total of 4 sets.


Walk on treadmill for 6 minutes at RPE 6.


Well done guys you're doing great! Be sure to time those rests don't just guess.
