Workout Advent Calendar- Day 3

Morning every one, so here we are first Monday of December lets make it a good one with this epic kettlebell workout!

Today's workout is made up of two giant sets, so perform all exercises back to back in each giant set then rest. repeat each giant set 4 times! All you need is kettlebells.


Warm up:

-Treadmill

Jogging for 6 minutes at RPE 6


Giant set 1:

-Kettlebell Figure 8

-Alternating kettlebell hang clean

-Alternating kettlebell press

-Single arm kettlebell rows

Perform each exercise for 1 minute, after all 4 exercises rest for 2 minutes then repeat another 3 times , 4 sets in total.


Giant set 2:

-Kettlebell stalks

-Kettlebell sumo high pull

-Alternating kettlebell renegade rows

-Plyo kettlebell push ups

Perform each exercise for a total of 20 reps, after all 4 exercises rest for 1 minute 30 seconds and repeat another 3 times, 4 sets in total.


Recumbent bike:

6 minutes at RPE 6
