Workout Advent Calendar - Day 2

Hello Everyone hope you're all having a great Sunday, whether you like to spend them super chilled, in the gym or been productive.


Here is Today's workout for you all!



lat pulldown

This workout is to target full body and suitable for beginners again you can adjust this workout to suit your fitness levels you can group exercises together to perform super or tri sets or you can include drop sets and so on.


So here goes..


Warm up:

Cross Trainer

5 minutes at RPE 6


Exercise 1:

Leg press

3 sets of 15 reps

1 minute rest between sets


Exercise 2:

Chest press

3 sets of 15 reps

1 minutes rest between sets


Exercise 3:

Lat pull-down

3 sets of 15 reps

1 minutes rest between sets


Exercise 4:

Shoulder press machine

3 sets of 15 reps

1 minutes rest between sets


Exercise 5:

Barbell Curl

3 sets of 15 reps

1 minutes rest between sets


Exercise 6:

Triceps rope extension

3 sets of 15 reps

1 minutes rest between sets


Be sure to cool down and stretch when you finish.
