Workout Advent Calendar - Day 20

Woo half way through the working week, all though i myself work weekends too! Any one else still slave away over the weekend?


Today we are going to hit a circuit, so we will be doing all exercises back to back and repeating this 4x rest for 2 minutes between each round.


First quick warm up on the stationary bike

10 min at RPE 6


Now lets get started on the circuit 😅


1-Hip Thrusts for 1 minute

2-Single arm kettlebell swing (left arm) for 1 minute

3-Barbell clean & press for 1 minute

4-Single arm kettlebell swing (right arm) for 1 minute

5-Static rower for1 minute at RPE 7

6-Plank for 1 minute


Now take 2 minutes rest and repeat another 3x
