Workout Advent Calendar - Day 18

Evening all, sorry this post is so late in the day, I've had a very busy day and only just getting chance to write it, as it is late on i thought a stretch routine would be more appropriate as most of you will of completed your workouts today..

This is a full body stretching routine and should take you approximately 25/30 minutes..


Stretch 1:

-Bent arm chest stretch

3 sets of 30 seconds


Stretch 2:

-Leaning abductor stretch

3 sets of 30 seconds

Stretch 3:

-Reaching forward push through

3 sets of 30 seconds


Stretch 4:

-Shoulder and chest stretch (pole grab)

3 sets of 30 seconds


Stretch 5:

-Lying leg resting glute stretch

3 sets of 30 seconds


Stretch 6:

-Side split lunge stretch

3 sets of 30 seconds


Stretch 7:

-Lying band hamstring stretch

3 sets of 30 seconds


Super set;

Stretch 8:

-Kneeling back slump stretch

3 sets of 5 seconds

Stretch 9:

-Cat Stretch

3 sets of 5 seconds

Perform each stretch back to back


Stretch 10:

-Forearm stretch (palms out)

3 sets of 20 seconds
