Going to start the week off with some abs this week..


Warm up:

-Elliptical trainer

10 minutes at RPE 6


Exercise 1:

-Dumbbell side bends

3 sets of 12 reps

Rest for 1 minute between sets


Exercise 2:

-Crunches legs on exercise ball

3 sets of 15 reps

Rest for 1 minute between sets


Exercise 3:

-Air bike

3 sets of 20 seconds

Rest for 45 seconds between sets


Exercise 4:

-Bottoms up

3 sets of 20 seconds

Rest for 1 minute between sets


Exercise 5:

-Crunches

3 sets of 20 seconds

Rest for 1 minute between sets


Exercise 6:

-Plank

3 sets for 1 minute

Rest for 1 minute between sets


That's all guys and remember if you want to show off a great set of abs working out just isn't enough, food plays a massive roll. You can't out train a bad diet!
