Workout Advent Calendar - Day 16

Good afternoon, hope every one is having an amazing weekend so far...



Today we are going to tackle a sandbags workout...


Giant set:

Exercise 1;

-Sandbag alternating front lunges

3 sets of 32 reps

Exercise 2:

-Sandbag clean and press

3 sets of 20 reps

Exercise 3:

-Sandbag jump squats

3 sets of 20 reps

Exercise 4:

-Sandbag lateral drags

3 sets of 20 reps

Perform each exercise back to back then rest for 2 minutes between sets.


Superset:

Exercise 5:

-Sandbag alternate overhead static side lunges

4 sets of 20 reps

Exercise 6:

-Sandbag narrow grip chest press

4 sets of 20 reps

Perform each exercise back to back then rest for 90 seconds between sets


-Static Rower

State Intensity Time

Easy 20% 35 seconds

Hard 100% 25 seconds

Perform each round 6 times a total of 12 sets
