WOMAN ON TRX

Today we're gonna hit a TRX workout...


Warm up:

-Elliptical trainer

5 minutes at RPE 5


Exercise 1:

-TRX Row

5 sets of 15 reps

Rest for one minuet between sets


Exercise 2:

-TRX Split squats

5 sets of 10 reps

Rest for one minute between sets


Exercise 3:

-TRX Pike

3 sets of 10 reps

Rest for one minute between sets


Exercise 4:

-TRX Press ups

4 sets of 8 reps

Rest for one minute between sets


Exercise 5:

-TRX Squat jumps

4 sets of 12 reps

Rest for one minute between sets


Exercise 6:

-TRX Mountain climbers

3 sets of 30 reps

Rest for one minute between sets


Exercise 7:

-TRX Y rows

4 sets of 10 reps

Rest for one minute between sets


Exercise 8:

-TRX Hamstring Curls

4 sets of 12 reps

Rest for one minute between sets
