Morning people :D ready to attack this full body workout?

Warm up:

-Bike

10 minutes at RPE 5


Exercise 1:

-Cleans and press

1 set of 20 reps

3 sets of 15 reps

Rest for 1 minute between sets


Exercise 2:

-Seated cable row

1 set of 20 reps

3 sets of 15 reps

Rest for 1 minute between sets


Exercise 3:

-Face pull

3 sets of 15 reps

Rest for 1 minute between sets


Exercise 4:

-Incline bench flyes

1 set of 20 reps

3 sets of 15 reps

Rest for 1 minute between sets


Superset-

Exercise 5:

-Rope triceps extension

4 sets of 15 reps

Exercise 6:

-Alternating hammer curl

4 sets of 15 reps

Perform each exercises back to back then rest for 1 minute between sets


Treadmill- walking

5 minutes at RPE 5
