Workout Advent Calendar - Day 10

Monday, Monday , Monday.... Let's start the week as we mean to go on, with a work out of course..

Only a resistance band needed for this workout so can be done at home, no excuse if you can't make it in to the gym with this work out!


Superset:

Exercise 1:

-Star Jumps

6 sets for 90 seconds each

Exercise 2:

-High Knees

6 sets for 90 seconds each

Perform each excises back to back then rest for 90 seconds between sets


Tri Set:

Exercise 3:

-Bodyweight squat jumps

4 sets for 75 seconds

Exercise 4:

-Mountain climbers

4 sets for 75 seconds

Exercise 5:

-Band deadlift

4 sets for 75 seconds

Perform each exercise back to back and rest for one minute between sets.


Tri set:

Exercise 6:

-Press ups

6 sets of 25 reps (perform on knees if needed)

Exercise 7: -Burpees

6 sets for 75 seconds each

-Ab bike

6 sets for 75 seconds each

Perform each exercise back to back and rest for 90 seconds between sets.


Keep working on that summer body all year round ;)
