Taking just 5 minutes to make this simple Grapefruit smoothie contains 233 kcal, 37g carbs, 16g protein and 4 g fats per serving.



You will need just these 5 following ingredients- (serves 2)


-1 Pink Grapefruit

-1 scoop vanilla whey

-1 Banana

-65g Greek yogurt

-200g Strawberries


Simply blend all the ingredients together and enjoy!

How easy was that!! Perfect for when your in a rush or as a snack or pre / post workout.
