Female muscle gain 12 week plan.This program has been specifically designed to stimulate muscle growth whilst purposefully giving some downtime to allow recovery. When in partnership with a sensible diet, this is an unstoppable program.This program includes 4 workouts per week, including 2 upper body and two lower body workouts per week. 
Access granted for duration of plan only.

Price includes a completley personalised schedule, you tell me what days and times you want to work out, as well as the date you would like the program to start and the schedule will be created for you, put this info in the custom text box, as well as the e-mail address you want your log in sent too.

*When selecting times you can chose one am and one pm time you must tell me which days you want am and which days you want pm workouts.
For example-
Upper body 1-Monday 6pm
Lower body 1-Tuesday-6pm
Upper body 2-Friday - 6pm
Lower body 2--Saturday 9am
These workouts will be set to same time and day throughout the 12 weeks, also add the date you want to start.
